Since we primarily offer online astrology consultations, energy healing sessions, courses, and digital reports, our delivery model works differently compared to traditional physical shipping. When you purchase a consultation, healing session, or course access from us, the service delivery is handled digitally through email, WhatsApp, online meeting links, downloadable files, or in some cases, in-person appointments at pre-decided locations. Your delivery timeline depends on the type of service, accuracy of information shared, our consultation schedule, and the preparation time needed for astrology charts, healing procedures, aura scans, or personalized reports. We strive to deliver every service promptly while maintaining high spiritual and analytical accuracy.

Since most of our services are digital and personalized, we do not offer physical shipment of goods unless otherwise specified for selected products such as healing materials, yantras, crystals, or astrologically recommended items. In such cases, shipping charges, courier timelines, and tracking details will be clearly communicated before dispatch. All digital deliveries, however, remain instant or scheduled based on service type, ensuring hassle-free access for all clients across India and internationally.


1. Digital Delivery of Services

Most services offered by Reenu Gulati—including astrology reports, video consultations, energy healing sessions, and course materials—are delivered digitally through email, WhatsApp, or online portals. Once your booking or payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message containing your delivery timeline and mode of access. Digital services require accurate contact information from the customer, and Reenu Gulati is not responsible for delays caused due to incorrect email addresses, wrong phone numbers, or failure to check spam/updates folders.

2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary depending on the nature of the service. Instant services such as basic consultations may be delivered within the same day or at the next available time slot, while detailed astrology reports, birth chart interpretations, aura scans, or healing recommendations may require additional preparation time. Typically, reports are delivered within 24–72 hours after receiving complete information. Course access is usually provided immediately or within a few hours of enrollment. All timelines will be shared at the time of booking.

3. In-Person Consultations

For clients opting for in-person consultations, energy sessions, or healing appointments, we request timely arrival at the scheduled location. The address, date, and specific time of your appointment will be shared upon confirmation. Delays or missed appointments may result in rescheduling charges depending on availability and policy guidelines. The consultation location may vary and will always be communicated in advance.

4. Physical Products (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical products such as crystals, yantras, healing kits, or astrology-based remedies are dispatched, they will be shipped through reliable courier services. Shipping charges, estimated delivery dates, and tracking details will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days within India depending on the location. International deliveries may take longer and incur additional charges. All products are carefully packed to avoid transit damage.

5. Appointment Delivery & Online Session Links

For online consultations, session links (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp Call, or other platforms) will be shared at least 1–3 hours before the scheduled time. Customers must ensure internet connectivity and availability during the appointment window. If a client fails to join the session or misses the call repeatedly, the session may be marked as delivered, and rescheduling will depend on availability.

6. Failure of Delivery

Delivery failures may occur if incorrect information is provided by the customer, including false email addresses, inactive phone numbers, wrong birth details, or incomplete submission of required information. In such cases, Reenu Gulati is not responsible for delays. Customers are encouraged to double-check all submitted information during booking. If needed, our team will attempt to contact you for clarification before marking the service as completed.

7. International Delivery

We proudly serve clients across the world. All digital services, including e-reports and consultations, are available internationally without any additional delivery fees. However, if physical healing items are requested by the client, international courier charges will apply. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country’s customs and postal regulations.

8. Changes or Delays

Occasionally, delivery timelines may be impacted due to high-service demand, public holidays, planetary alignment events, or unavoidable circumstances such as technical failures or health emergencies. In such situations, clients will be notified promptly. We ensure transparency and make every effort to minimize delays while maintaining high-quality spiritual and astrological accuracy.
